Warping, Sizing, Weaving, Darning
To offer both production companies and commercial businesses a complete portfolio of services, spanning from warping to darning, we have established a network of collaborations .
Warping
Sectional warpers and vertical warpers available.
Processing for both samples and production: warp beams starting from 14 m. up to 3,000-4,000 m.
Processing performed with Karl Mayer Multimatic 128 or Benninger Ergotronic machines.
Sizing
Processing through TMT WR 1000 Princess
machines.
Weaving
Weaving can be performed on different types of looms:
airjet ;
rapier, both positive and passive;
dobby type or jacquard looms.
Both regular and irregular yarns can be processed.
It is possible to produce fabrics for men's wear and women's wear, and jacquard fabrics.
The organization of work on 3 shifts, 6 days a week and the performance of the machinery allow for low processing and delivery times.
Darning
Darning is performed by expert hands and the products are finished and delivered without imperfections or faults.
